Moran Property Group LLC was created from the former Xencom Group, which was and still is an early stage REI startup formed by Thomas Moran and partners.

As the business evolves so does our mission; but currently Moran Property Group’s main focus is the injection of capital into dated, mismanaged, and distressed assets to create an affordable high-quality rental product via value-add appreciation. 

We specialize in the Triangle, Triad and Charlotte Metropolitan areas and are expanding into Fayetteville and South Carolina.
